Converters

Carter voltage converters are designed for heavy-duty service and provide dependable power for many mobile and emergency standby applications. These converters and dynamotors are capable of delivering 500-750 watts continuous duty, and the Monarch provides up to 2,000 watts. The reserve capacity of these converters assures long life, cool running, and inherent output regulation to compensate for input voltage variations. They cannot be damaged by line transients, HV spikes or sudden overloads.

KS Series (60 Hz, 3,600 RPM)

  • Input Amps (Max Draw): 4.5 amps

  • Output Volts (AC single phase): 115 – 230 volts

Custom Series

  • Input Voltage (DC Range): 6 – 230 volts
  • Input Amps (Max Draw): 1.5 – 48 amps
  • Output Watts (Max): 750 watts
  • Output Volts (AC single phase): 115 volts
